Mr. Ying joined Four Corners Properties in 2012 and spearheads development and acquisition opportunities within the Silicon Valley. He leverages over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, encompassing development, finance, marketing, sales, leasing, and construction management.

Prior to Four Corners, Mr. Ying served as a Vice President with RREEF, Deutsche Bank's real estate investment management arm. In this role, he oversaw $900 million in development and value-add investments across key West Coast markets. Previously, Mr. Ying contributed to MacFarlane Partners' acquisition efforts, underwriting, and structuring over $400 million in new development investments.

His career began as an investment banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch, where he rose through the ranks to Vice President. During his time there, Mr. Ying successfully raised over $4.5 billion in debt and equity capital for corporate and municipal clients. Before embarking on his commercial real estate journey, he held various management positions in finance and corporate development within an early-stage venture capital firm and its portfolio companies.

Mr. Ying holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a second major in Management from the University of Oregon.
