Ms. Porta brings over 20 years of experience in real estate management and development to her role at Four Corners Properties. A member of the team since 2012, she plays a pivotal role in managing the company’s portfolio, which includes acquisition, disposition, construction management, and asset management, to ensure the optimal performance and value enhancement of the company’s assets.

Before joining Four Corners Properties, Ms. Porta was a Senior Vice President at Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield), where she provided tailored real estate strategies to both individual and institutional clients, managing a diverse portfolio of office, R&D, industrial, and medical buildings.

She began her career at Spieker Properties, which was later acquired by Equity Office. There, she earned several promotions and eventually oversaw a 1.2 million-square-foot portfolio that included The Pruneyard Office Towers and Shopping Center in Campbell, as well as the Skyport Plaza office and retail project in San Jose.

Her expertise spans various asset types, including office, R&D, and retail properties, with an emphasis on institutional-quality asset and property management. She is proficient in project repositioning, budgeting, marketing, lease negotiation, and property operations.
