Mr. Wilbur possesses over two decades of direct experience in real estate investment, development, and equity investing through joint venture partnerships. His expertise lies in designing, obtaining entitlements, and constructing office and R&D buildings throughout West Coast markets, with a significant focus on the Silicon Valley. Over his career, he has established strong relationships with local real estate brokers, architects, contractors, and city officials.

Before joining Four Corners Properties, Mr. Wilbur held leading positions in various esteemed organizations, including Lead Development Partner at Harvest Properties, Managing Director at RREEF (the real estate investment management division of Deutsche Bank), Joint Venture Development Investment Manager at AMB Property Company, and Vice President at Spieker Properties.

Mr. Wilbur began his career as a consulting engineer, providing earthquake-resistant building design services before transitioning to real estate. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of California Davis, along with a Masters Degree in both Business Administration and Structural Engineering from the University of California Berkeley. In California, Mr. Wilbur is licensed as a professional engineer, real estate broker, and general contractor.
