Warren Li

Director – Finance

Mr. Li joined FCP in 2014 and is responsible for financial accounting, analysis and reporting, as well as due diligence and underwriting of prospective acquisitions and dispositions.  He has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience including development, valuation, and credit analysis.

Prior to joining Four Corners Properties, Mr. Li was a Vice President with the Real Estate Institutional Markets Group at Union Bank. He was the portfolio manager for a $950MM portfolio of loans to REITs and other institutional real estate investors.  Before Union Bank, Mr. Li was Assistant Vice President with the Development and Value Add group, and later the Acquisitions group at RREEF, Deutsche Bank’s real estate investment management division.  There, he underwrote and evaluated potential investments in all product-types, across a broad risk spectrum, and in various deal structures.  Prior to RREEF, Mr. Li was an associate at AMB Property Corp (now Prologis, Inc.), where he was responsible for financial reporting and earnings forecast on AMB’s development pipeline.  Mr. Li began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  Mr. Li graduated from University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics; and also from University of San Francisco, with a Master of Business Administration.

Mr. Li is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder
