Ms. Porta joined Four Corners Properties in 2012 and is responsible for the asset management of the company’s 1.07M square feet portfolio in Silicon Valley and participates in acquisition, disposition and development activity. With over 12 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, she provides professional expertise in retail, office, and industrial asset classifications, including institutional quality property management, marketing, lease negotiation, and project repositioning.

Prior to joining Four Corners Properties, Ms. Porta specialized in providing customized strategies and integrated real estate solutions to individual and institutional investors, most recently as a Senior Vice President at Cassidy Turley. There, she was responsible for a combined role encompassing the management of a rapidly growing portfolio of office, R&D, industrial and medical buildings, supervision of operations and engineering staff, and business development for the Silicon Valley market.  While at Cassidy Turley, Ms. Porta achieved portfolio growth equal to 125%.

Ms. Porta began her career as a Building Manager with Spieker Properties, where she was subsequently promoted to Property Manager.  Following Equity Office’s acquisition of Spieker Properties, she was promoted to Senior Property Manager where she was responsible for a real estate portfolio comprised of 1.2 million square feet, including The Pruneyard Office Towers and Shopping Center in Campbell, Skyport Plaza Office Towers, Retail and Owner’s Association in San Jose.
