Four Corners Properties LLC purchased the 103,400-square-foot office building at 3175 Bowers Ave. in Santa Clara, CA from Bowers Street LLC for $7.6 million, or $73.50 per square foot.
The two-story building sits on four acres of ML-zoned land, and was built in 1979. It was reported that the facility was 100 percent vacant at the time of the sale. The buyer acquired the subject property with the intention to redevelop and to extensively renovate the asset.
Kevin Cunningham and Jeff Arrillaga of Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank in Santa Clara represented the seller. Erik Hallgrimson and Brandon Bain with Cassidy Turley CPS represented buyer.
