Bruce Burkard
Founder

Mr. Burkard has extensive experience in real estate investment, financing, and asset management. Prior to Four Corners Properties, Mr. Burkard was an Acquisitions Director with Broadreach Capital Partners, where he was responsible for the acquisition of approximately 1 million square feet of office and R&D investments in Northern California and Denver with a total investment value of approximately $80 million.

Formerly a Vice President of Leasing at Equity Office Properties Trust ("EOP"), Mr. Burkard was the senior leasing executive for the Silicon Valley region. He was responsible for a team managing and leasing approximately 11.3 million square feet of office, R&D, retail, and industrial space located throughout the greater San Jose area. Prior to EOP's acquisition of Spieker Properties ("SPK"), Mr. Burkard served as a Project Director at Spieker Properties where he acquired, disposed of, leased and managed a portfolio of office, R&D and industrial properties in the Silicon Valley totaling 3.5 million square feet with a total value of $600 million.
Prior to joining Spieker in 1998, Mr. Burkard held numerous positions with Bank of America N.T. & S.A. During nearly six years at Bank of America, he worked in its Real Estate REO Group, Real Estate Project Finance Group, National Accounts Group and Special Assets Group. These positions involved asset management, analysis and disposition, loan sourcing and evaluations of project finance opportunities with Northern California-based real estate developers, underwriting for residential, multi-family, retail, office and industrial properties, loan restructuring, workouts, and credit analysis.

Mr. Burkard graduated Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a second major in European History.

Dave Wilbur
Principal

Mr. Wilbur has over 20 years of direct experience in real estate investment, development, and equity investing through joint ventures relationships). Mr. Wilbur has designed, entitled, and built over 6 million square feet of office and R&D buildings in west coast markets with the majority located in the Silicon Valley where he has established strong relationships with local real estate brokers, architects, contractors, and city officials.

Previous to joining Four Corners Properties, Mr. Wilbur was the lead development partner at Harvest Properties where he oversaw the design and entitlement of a new 2 million square foot office campus for a Fortune 500 technology firm looking to consolidate their headquarters in the City of Santa Clara. Prior joining Harvest Properties, Mr. Wilbur served as a Managing Director at RREEF, the real estate investment management division of Deutsche Bank, where he initiated and oversaw more than $1 billion of development and value-add based investing in the San Francisco Bay Area and other select west coast markets.

Mr. Wilbur, prior to joining RREEF, oversaw joint venture based development investing in the Bay Area and select national markets for AMB Property Company and before AMB, Mr. Wilbur served as a Vice President at Spieker Properties where he oversaw the company’s $500 million development portfolio on the west coast. Mr. Wilbur started his career as a consulting engineer providing earth-quake resistant building design services to a variety of intuitional and developer clients.

Mr. Wilbur graduated from the University of California Davis with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters in Structural Engineering from the University of California Berkeley. Mr. Wilbur is licensed in California as a professional engineer, real estate broker, and general contractor.


Alanna L. Schroeder
Vice President

Mrs. Schroeder has extensive experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to Four Corners Properties, Ms. Schroeder was a director of asset management where she was responsible for $1 billion in office and industrial assets for Prudential Real Estate Investors core fund known as the PRISA account.

While with Prudential, Ms. Schroeder, was also involved with the acquisition of approximately 99 assets totaling $1.5 billion from 2004-2006. Prior to joining Prudential Real Estate Investors, Ms. Schroeder was a Senior Financial Analyst with the Financial Services Group at Cushman and Wakefield where she was responsible for the preparation of all marketing materials, financial underwriting and the coordination of due diligence for all dispositions. Ms. Schroeder started her career with Prudential Real Estate Investors as an Analyst for the PRISA account where she was the primary analyst with direct responsibility of over $900 million in assets. The position involved portfolio strategy and analysis, evaluation of lease transactions, budgeting, appraisal review and the oversight of third party management companies.

Mrs. Schroeder graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration
